Recognizing the universal character of problematics for people with disabilities, BWF aims to concentrate efforts to promote state policy regarding disability–inclusive action and gender equality, contributing especially to the voices of women and girls with disabilities.
BWF will look after and actively support the state and municipal level actions aimed to the protection of the rights of women with disabilities in the fields of general and special education, access to education in all levels, employment, decent government assistance and aid, creation of the environment suitable for a comfortable life for the people with disabilities, helping them to integrate into society.
To enable equal representation of women with disabilities in decision-making authorities, BWF will encourage their active participation in inter-governmental meetings and consultative processes in Belarus.
